Eligibility:
- Brands applying for the Fresh Finds collaboration must produce products intended for children 0-5 or parents and/or caregivers.
- Brands applying for Fresh Finds by Diaper Genie must be owned and operated within North America and must be a registered business within the United States of America and/or Canada.
- Brands must demonstrate a commitment to innovation, quality, safety, and sustainability in their products.
- All applicants must comply with the current relevant safety standards and regulations governing their products.
Application Submission:
- Applications must be submitted through the official Fresh Finds by Diaper Genie portal within the specified submission period.
- Applicants must provide accurate and complete information about their business, including registered business name, website address, and contact information.
- Applicants must provide accurate and complete information about their product, including features, materials, environmental impact, cost (USD/CAD) and user experience.
- Submission of false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the initiative.
Evaluation Process:
- All applications will go through a thorough review by a team of experts from Diaper Genie.
- The evaluation criteria may include, but are not limited to, innovation, quality, functionality, safety, environmental sustainability, and overall value proposition.
- The decision of the evaluation panel is final and non-negotiable.
Selection of Winners:
- A limited number of brands will be selected to collaborate with Diaper Genie based on the evaluation results.
- Selected brands will be notified via email.
- Diaper Genie reserves the right to revoke the collaboration if it is discovered that a selected brand has violated any terms and conditions or fails to maintain the standards upon which the approval was granted.
Intellectual Property:
- By applying, brands grant The Angelcare Group the right to use their name, logo, and product information for promotional purposes related to the Fresh Finds initiative.
- Diaper Genie reserves the right to display the Fresh Finds logo alongside the names and logos of selected brands in its marketing materials and communications.
General Conditions:
- Collaborating in the Fresh Finds by Diaper Genie initiative constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Diaper Genie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the initiative at any time without prior notice.
- Diaper Genie shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by participants in connection with their participation in the Fresh Finds initiative.
- Diaper Genie reserves the right to cancel any collaboration without notice, obligation and remedy, if any of these Terms are violated.
Information We Collect Using Technology:
- When you register for Fresh Finds by Diaper Genie (including through your mobile device or computer), The Angelcare Group collects technical information that is automatically recorded by the standard operation of our Internet servers. This information includes but is not limited to: the operating system you are using; IP addresses; browser type; the sections of the Service you visit; the Service pages read and images viewed; log information; time zone; unique application numbers or device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
